Re: On soul...
Sat, March 25, 2006 - 4:56 PMLizz, your nanny, like most of that ilk ,was blessed with a great deal of wisdom. I wrote a poem a while ago which somewhat reflects that sentiment
He longed for his soul
To shine from her face
As hers shone from his,
But to late realised
This soul,
Dwelt in a different place
Then it was he understood
Most dreams end
In a house of tears,
That this love
Was lost
Amongst his fears

window to the soul,
then,
the heart
be the path
then,
when I look
at you
my eyes
my heart
will truly
show you
to my soul -

Mon, May 1, 2006 - 6:57 AMFor years, I marched to a music in comparison with which the military music of the streets is noise and discord, I was daily intoxicated, and yet no man could call me intemperate. With all your science can you tell me how it is, and whence it is, that light comes into the soul.

Re: On soul...
Tue, May 2, 2006 - 5:34 PMAnd if there came a day
When the hills were made low,
The seas would be dry,
blue no longer in the sky
so then, would our souls still entwine?
My heart would tell me so,
For your soul will follow mine,
until the day I die

Wed, August 23, 2006 - 8:07 PMWhen choosing a path follow your heart
When making a decision use your head
If the two should collide and disagree
Listen for the voice of your soul, For it connects the heart and mind and always knows the answer. -
