A [traveler] met a wise man one day and said to him, "Sir, are you a wise man?" Whereupon the wise man bowed in thought awhile and then replied, "If I say that I am a wise man, then obviously i am not; but if I say that I am not a wise man, I shall not be telling the truth."

          You saw sagacious Solomon
You know what came of him,
          To him complexities seemed plain.
He cursed the hour that gave birth to him
And saw that everything was vain.
How great and wise was Solomon.
The world however did not wait
But soon observed what followed on.
It's wisdom that had brought him to this state.

A truly wise man never plays leapfrog with a Unicorn.

A wise man once said, "There are no wise men, you fool! Leave me alone."

Death is God's way of telling you not to be such a wise guy.

By three methods we may learn wisdom: First, by reflection, which is noblest; second, by imitation, which is easiest; and third, by experience, which is the bitterest.

I believe wisdom is of ancient days. It is passed down to us by our ancestors. Then it is refined with every generation. We can choose wisdom as she is the most beautiful gift of the universe. Her eyes see and know how to handle every situation. Just ask her, her anwsers are pure and correct.

One's first step in wisdom is to question everything and one's last is to come to terms with everything.
